Gingerbread Builds

– Dec. 1^st-6^th, all day – Please join us in building a gingerbread structure for our 4^th annual Gingerbread Decorating Contest held in loving memory of Carl R. Clegg Jr. and Cara L. Haggerty. We have supplies here at the library we will have out all week, allowing you to fit it in during your own festive schedule. At the end of the week, we’ll put all the creations on display out in our lobby for voting and the winners will be announced on Dec. 18^th. Prize categories include: Most Unique, Most Creative, and Most Festive for age groups: 3-5 year olds, 6-8 year olds, 9-12 year olds, Teens (ages 13-17) and Adults ages 18+! 

The event is held in loving memory of Carl and Cara, father and sister of our director.
