CFS Bank Trunk or Treat – Thursday , October 23rd 5-7 – Stop by the library’s table in the Monongahela CFS Bank parking lot to enjoy a community trick or treat for the kiddos. We will have candy and library goodies to hand out to all the good little goblins and ghouls.
